BiesSse recognizes the importance of ethical and social values in work and business.

Our code of ethics defines the core principles and values of BiesSse, and establishes the reference rules of conduct for those who work with us and for us.
BiesSse's code of ethics is the compass that guides the Company's employees, collaborators, as well as suppliers, customers, business partners and anyone who, directly or indirectly, permanently or temporarily, establishes relationships or business relations with us.

231 Organization Model
Through the resolution of the Board of Directors on November 11, 2024, BiesSse Tape Solutions S.p.A. adopted the Organization Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001, at the same time appointing the Supervisory and Control Body.
Legislative Decree 231/2001 under the heading “Regulations on the administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations” introduced into our legal system the administrative liability of companies arising from a series of crimes (so-called “predicate crimes”) committed in the interest or to the advantage of the companies themselves by their directors, employees or collaborators.
Precisely in order to prevent or minimize the risk of commission of the predicate offenses and to consolidate corporate compliance, the Organization, Management and Control Model was therefore adopted.
This document contains a description of the risks associated with the company's activities and the safeguards adopted to exclude or minimize the commission of predicate offenses.
Through the adoption of the Model - to be read together with the Code of Ethics as well as the procedures that regulate the various company processes - BiesSse Tape Solutions intends to strongly reaffirm the values of legality, fairness and transparency, which have always been the basis of its business, with a view to sustainable and compliant development.
