Position: R&D Analyst

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials and Nanotechnology Engineering
• Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level C1)
• Excellent knowledge of Italian (minimum level C1)
• Interest in experimental activities and in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Methodical approach, precision, and strong sense of responsibility
• Intellectual honesty, critical thinking, and willingness to pursue continuous improvement

Main Responsibilities

• Development of new products: formulation, manufacturability, and standardization
• Laboratory activities: use and management of equipment, execution of tests, and analysis of results
• Analysis and validation of alternative (backup) raw materials, in collaboration with the Purchasing department
• Technical support to Production, Quality Control, and Purchasing departments

Conditions

• Contract: Permanent, full-time
• Workplace: On-site
• Location: Sedriano (MI), Italy
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
