BiesSse group mourning the loss of the President Giampiero Gatti
It is with regret that BiesSse announce the death on the 23rd February 2021 of Company President, Mr. Giampiero Gatti.
From humble beginnings in his home garage with a cutting system progressing to the construction of the first coating machine, in the 1970s Giampiero Gatti founded the first Italian Company specializing in the production of high quality technical adhesive tapes.
An outstanding businessman, who was able to transform a local company into a leading international manufacturer.
A Cornerstone not only for his Company but also for his family, he always worked hard to reconcile family affections and the needs that an ever-growing company imposes.
Approachable, generous, honest and enterprising, we remember Giampiero Gatti for his humanity, humour and empathy, and for the value of friendship that he gave to all.
He brought the sporting spirit of a great champion, born from his love of motorcycling to his relationships enjoying a spirit of healthy competition even in his private life.
Our Company and the entire sector has lost an entrepreneur of great depth of character, but his example and his teachings will remain indelible in all people who have known him.
Despite the pain of this loss, the family and the whole Company will continue along the path he started with passion.
