BiesSse published the Code of Ethics
BiesSse has always been committed to adopting a socially responsible "management style," oriented toward stakeholder involvement and monitoring of partners and suppliers.
In December 2022, the Code of Ethics was approved by the Board of Directors, which defines standards, values, and lines of conduct to be followed by all persons involved in the pursuit of the company's goals and objectives.
The Code of Ethics is a code of conduct that identifies guidelines for proper corporate behavior in compliance with values and fundamental legal principles. BiesSse's commitment through the adoption of this code is to ensure, with a system of principles, rules and procedures integrated with best ethical practices, that activities are carried out in compliance with the law, with honesty, integrity, transparency, fairness and in good faith, respecting the legitimate interests of employees, collaborators and contractual partners.
BiesSse has chosen to comply with the SA 8000 ethical Standard, not only to bear concrete witness to the duty to respect the human rights of workers in all kinds of processes and organizations, but also to promote it with its partners.
In fact, the ultimate goal of the Code of Ethics is to stimulate a chain process of compliance with the standards by partners, suppliers and sub-suppliers, influencing their behavior and increasing their ethical and social quality.
