Model 231 BiesSse: organization, management and control model
Object: communication regarding adopting the Organization, Management and Control Model and appointment of the Supervisory Body of BiesSse Tape Solutions S.p.A.
This is to inform you that, through the resolution of the Board of Directors of 11 November 2024, BiesSse Tape Solutions S.p.A. has adopted the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 8 June 2001 no. 231, simultaneously appointing the Supervisory and Control Body.
Legislative Decree 231/2001 entitled "Regulation of the administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations" introduced into our legal system the administrative liability of companies deriving from a series of crimes (so-called "predicate crimes") committed in the interest or to the advantage of the companies themselves by directors, employees or collaborators.
Precisely in order to prevent or minimize the risk of commission of the presupposed offences and to consolidate corporate compliance, the Organization, Management and Control Model was therefore adopted.
This document contains a description of the risks associated with company activities and the measures adopted to exclude or minimize the commission of the underlying crimes.
Through the adoption of the Model – to be read together with the Code of Ethics as well as the procedures that regulate the various company processes – BiesSse Tape Solution intends to strongly reiterate the values of legality, correctness and transparency, which have always been the basis of its business, with a view to sustainable and compliant development.
